Sorella's Optional Services

  • Additional Chocolate Hour secured before event:  $50.00/hr
  • 112 oz of warm, freshly made caramel for dipping items:  $35.00
  • Extra attendant:  $40.00 each/hr
  • Transportation over 20 miles:  $1.00 per mile over 20 mile radius of our location

Rental Policies

  • All details must be finalized two weeks prior to event date
  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the chocolate fountain for your event date
  • A contract must be signed in order to reserve the chocolate fountain for the event date
  • Payment in full is due two weeks prior to event.  For personal checks sent via postal mail, please include event date and your return address (or e-mail address) so we can mail you a receipt.  Personal checks require 14 business days to clear, so no checks will be accepted past two weeks prior to the event date
  • Contact name, phone numbers, venue name and directions to the event must be provided at least two days prior to your event
  • Contact name and mobile phone number of an emergency contact must be provided at least two days prior to your event

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of an order LESS THAN TWO WEEKS prior to event date will forfeit ALL money paid
  • Cancellation prior to two weeks before the event day will forfeit the minimum $100.00 deposit required to reserve date
  • If homemade baked goods have been ordered, and you cancel your order LESS THAN TWO WEEKS prior to the event date, monies for the baked goods will be forfeited
