Dipping Items

Sorella's Optional Services

Additional Chocolate Hour secured before event: $50.00/hr
112 oz of warm, freshly made caramel for dipping items: $35.00
Extra attendant: $40.00 each/hr
Transportation over 20 miles: $1.00 per mile over 20 mile radius of our location

Rental Policies

All details must be finalized two weeks prior to event date
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the chocolate fountain for your event date
A contract must be signed in order to reserve the chocolate fountain for the event date
Payment in full is due two weeks prior to event. For personal checks sent via postal mail, please include event date and your return address (or e-mail address) so we can mail you a receipt. Personal checks require 14 business days to clear, so no checks will be accepted past two weeks prior to the event date
Contact name, phone numbers, venue name and directions to the event must be provided at least two days prior to your event
Contact name and mobile phone number of an emergency contact must be provided at least two days prior to your event

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order LESS THAN TWO WEEKS prior to event date will forfeit ALL money paid
Cancellation prior to two weeks before the event day will forfeit the minimum $100.00 deposit required to reserve date
If homemade baked goods have been ordered, and you cancel your order LESS THAN TWO WEEKS prior to the event date, monies for the baked goods will be forfeited
